Firewall - No Block Log

Hi all,

I'm just wondering my firewall module isn't logging any block session in the live event log, but it has in the reports.

I can see the firewall meter blocking, but if I look at the live logs, only the passed once are present.

Anything I'm missing?

Down in the left corner you can change to view blockt sessions.

Hi WebFool, thank you for your reply. Viewing specifically the blocked sessions from the firewall logs shows it, but I'm just wondering why if my options is to show firewall events, blocked sessions are not being displayed.

This is not the case for this box before. The firewall session shows the blocked and passed sessions.

Is there something broken here?

Same with me. There is a count on " Sessions block" , but when i check the event log for "firewall Block Event" there is no log on that event. How is that happen.. ??

If you have a default block rule, you will not see anything in the event log.
