I was able to block it with blocking the following IP ranges in firewall

    78.31.8.0/21

    193.182.8.0/21

    95.215.60.0/22

Hope this helps someone....hopefully they get past all the hijacks..haha...

Just be careful: those IPs are probably part of a content delivery network. Blocking content within a CDN like that can have two consequences:

    1. You also block a lot of material you did not intend to, because other dns names will also resolve into those same IP ranges.
    2. You may not completely block spotify for very long, as the CDN provider may periodically move that content around to different locations

    This part is Spotify:

    % Information related to '78.31.8.0/22 AS29017'

    route: 78.31.8.0/22
    descr: SPOTIFY
    origin: AS29017
    mnt-by: GYRON-MNT
    source: RIPE # Filtered

    Open ports in your firewall:

You can also allow the IP range and ports that Spotify is using in your firewall or router: Open the firewall for 78.31.8.0/21 and open port 4070 for TCP as well as port 80 for TCP.
    193.182.8.0/21 is Spotify as well.

95.215.60.0 - 95.215.63.255 is a hosting service 'sologigabit', might get messy.
