How to block spotify?

I can't believe I cant find a solution for this on here or google, I found a couple from years ago but they don't seem to work. What is the best way to block spotify? I have tried creating a firewall rule to block 78.31.8.0/22 but that does not work. I am sure there are tons of untangle users blocking spotify, please help me.

I would try but checking "tarpit" under "SPOTIFY" in application control.

Thanks for the quick reply, I looked there but I don't have spotify in application control. it goes from "soku" to "sqlnet"

application control != application control lite.

They are two different apps.

I'm confused. are you telling me I need install application control lite too? I have the paid version application control and that is where I looked and don't have "spotify"

Sorry, perhaps spotify is only available with the 10.x application control engine.

edit: indeed, application control doesn't have a spotify signature in 9.x

I have the newest version I think....I just went to update and it says none are available
