    Is this a correct method of creating Geo-IP-Filtering blocks in the Firewall?

    Inbound rule should say client country, not server.

    In modern world of Content servers (CDN) and swapping of IPs between locations, using Geo blocking is more hassle than it helps. For example Microsoft update servers are often in Singapore.
