Default Our Idea of an Ideal Untangle Box

    Jetway J7F4K1G5D
    1gig G.Skill ram
    40gig SATA 2.5in HDD
    Morex T3310 case (8"x2.5"x10")

Works beautiful, 100% compatible out of the box and it's nice and small.

Next unit will be a nano-itx to bring it around the size of 2 standard HDD stacked on eachother.

1.5ghz Total cost to build is under $300, can't beat that. We are also going to use a new case when we sell these units. It's also around 8x10x2.5 and wallmountable. Plenty of room on for company logos too.

WoW! I like it, I like it alot. Just go to any sign shop and get your logo vinyl cut or get a metal sign badge.

May I ask what brand of case is that? I got a "HTPC in ITX form" project myself that's unrelated but the case looks really subtle and fitting for a HTPC.

One more thing, what kind of network card are you gonna be using in this? A dual ethernet card or 2 separate cards? Most ITX mobos I looked at had only one PCI slot which would mean that if you wanted to have 3 for DMZ you'd have to go with a dual network card which would then mean it'd be more expensive considering they're relatively expensive.

Oh, and this is my first post!

You can also get customized cases from ProtoCase.com and MBX.com...

It should be noted that the particular Jetway board he has chosen has 2 nic's on it. So a single nic card is all it takes for a DMZ. I personally prefer the VIA version but it does cost more, not a bad build and the case reminds me of an old PBX transformer...
