Default z4 disconnected - cannot log in via http/https

I received an email from the UT Cmd center that my z4 appliance is offline, and I cannot access it via http/https from LAN computers.

It's still routing - which is how I'm posting this - so I thought I'd come here to solicit advice for what (troubleshooting/restoral steps) and what I should not be doing (e.g. just power-cycle, or a power-on-reset) BEFORE I start taking stabs at my situation.

I've been backing up the config daily (to Google Drive as well).

Does anyone have any helpful experience with a similar situation, especially on a z4 appliance?

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator at [no address given] to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request

I would open a support ticket. Message me if it stops routing.

Thanks -the appliance is out of disk space as I erroneously believed configuring a Google Drive repository would prevent the z4 from running out locally. Still got some learning to do. Regardless, I love this little thing at the deal UT offers residential customers via that annual plan!
