You probably have to be logged into your account since they are support articles.

For clarity, this link is in the attachment. I'm logged in. When I click on “we have a guide for that“, I get the error.

I would use the USB image (.img).

The .img is not offered for the latest. Only .iso. 16.2.2

UNetbootin will handle it ok?
