The issue is the machine / installer see's old Partitions in the Boot sector. I know exactly how to fix this but can't describe it. The easiest and fastest way is take the drive out of the machine put it into a windows machine clear all partitions and run clean with disk part.

maybe this is a good youtube video to make? when i take the drive out and put it into windows i use the gparted to clear it and install UT and then put it back into the box?

Change your boot order from UEFI to Legacy, then try. Dban won't run in UEFI mode..
