    Please, help me. How to "Enable HTTP administration inside the local network" from console (Putty) ???

    HTTP administration already enabled by default -- you can access it from http://your-untangle-ip
    then user will be admin and password the one which you put it in setup wizard

    When I use HTTP-link, server answer "Untangle Server Off-site administration is disabled." What is mean?

    did you have Java installed in your workstation?
    I mean the workstation the one which you open the Untangle URL.

    Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 11.2-b01, mixed mode, sharing)

    I view Logon screen and Input username and password, but I don't access in server. Server answer "Off-site administration...."

    sounds like you have the network cables reversed on the untangle box
