Yup that looks like an expired Pro Pack to me too. You either need to remove all the PRO pack applications, then try the upgrade. Or purchase a new year of pro pack and or super bundle. If you take the latter route, UT support will have to get involved for the upgrade to work.

    Try from terminal:
    apt-get remove untangle-libitem-adconnector
    apt-get remove untangle-libitem-boxbackup

    and so on.

    or just try
    apt-get remove untangle-libitem-professional-package

While it would suck to have to uninstall all those individual packages, it would be easier to uninstall the pro package as one but, since the pro and the free packages share some components, will it wipe out the settings I have in things like the Web Filter and whatnot?

Well, I used Putty (remotely) and got in to do the apt-get remove commands. After that, I did apt-get -y update and the screen said it was doing the 6.1 update and would reboot the server once completed. I'm also watching it with a continuous ping so I know when it goes down for the reboot.... We'll see how this goes....

    Holding my thumbs for you
if the SSH interface is up you should be able to "'tail -f /var/log/uvm/upgrade61.log"

    And monitor the upgrade.

Putty is still up and it says I can monitor it with that string or by hitting http://localhost/upgrade61.html. I've not tried it yet. I was afraid to touch the SSH session. Are you saying I can drop that command in there and it'll be fine?

Ahhhhhhhhh.... I closed it so I could open another one and it won't let me back in. I'll have to rely on my ping.
