7.1 upgrade leads to bug in report module

After I did the latest upgrade and go to reports i get a popup with:

reportTypeMap[this.reportType] is undefined. When I press ok I get a Please Wait bar that just goes on and on.

I have this exact same error. I've tried removing the "Reports" panel and reinstalling it, but this doesn't work. I've also tried resetting to factory settings, which also hasn't worked. I'm hoping someone has a solution other than a complete reinstall.

I'm having the same issue. Any help would be appreciated.

I'd reluctantly reinstall if that is the issue. Like to pick your brains first.
