Installation and multiple problems.

I installed UT again and it recognized both NICs. A successful install.

I let it run for a day till the reports showed I'm locked out of admin.

I did a restore of the admin settings and now the rack is missing.

I add sites repeatably to the Web Filter and when I log back into settings, the sites are gone.

Based in the product is stable and in production in so many sites:
Option a: hardware problem, memory, chipset uncompatible, disk drive, etc
Option b: bad image downloaded or burned

Is there any way to restore the rack?
