Default block internet based on user

I have 7.1 and using the ad connector. I need to be able to block all internet with the exception of a couple sites for some users and full access for others. Is this possible?

you need both policy manager and ad connector to accomplish this. AD connector alone will not accomplish this.

ok, i see how you can add users from AD into the policy, and then i assume you just assign that policy to a rack for "no inet" but i don't see how you can block all inet except for a few sites?

In the rack "no inet" generated with policy manager, configure web filter to permit the sites you like.

Blocks (and log if like) ALL categories, included not categorized, then add the sites permited.
