64-Bit cannot auto Upgrade

is the following version cannot auto upgrade?

I have two UT, 32bit and 64bit, the 32bit auto upgrdade to 7.2,
but 64bit do nothing.

They are probably still pushing out the upgrades sequentially. Be patient, the box will be authorized soon.

Yup, give it time, they don't release it to everyone right away, otherwise it would bring down their servers.
