    Default Reports not working - Should I Reinstall??

    I understand from the Reports forum that others are experiencing issues with the generation of reports since the recent upgrade. I have already raised a thread in the Reports section which gives the error message I receive:

    However I am uncertain whether I should reinstall, or wait for the 8.1.1 upgrade which may solve the issue?

    I have a mix of paid / free apps but not a full suite so I assume that I am not entitled to support.

    Any thoughts appreciated!

    The 8.1.1 update seams not to include anything that would influence the reporting tool.

    Thanks - Having read through the Reports threads there did appear to be a mention or two of the 8.1.1 update so perhaps I was clutching at straws!

    Oh well - re-install it is then!

    A quick update.....

    Sorted! I noted the reference to OpenVPN in the error message received. Although I have never used or installed it, I downloaded / installed it and todays report was genenerated. Hopefully normal service is now resumed!
