How do I get to /var/log/uvm/apt.log.
Fyi, I am on a remote session.
Hit refresh in your browser, what do you see then? just a normal login? is it still on the same version?
My guess is that the upgrade didn't start.
you can log in to the console and type 'less /var/log/uvm/apt.log' and use page-up and page-down

k, I have a tech going onsite, can you tell me exactly what to do, where he types that command and exactly how he gets there, It is a long trip to this client and want to make sure we have everything covered. Thanks! Also anything else he can try? I am assuming he will get the logs and then I will have to have him make another trip...:-(
Do you have support? I'd just call.
The logs are the first place I would look. Theres no telling what the fix to the issue is until we know what the issue is.
