    Default Weird Network Situation

I'm installing a very basic untangle server to control bandwidth and to record who is using what and accessing what.

The problem comes in is that our internet access is through a 3g card which happens to be plugged into a linksys wrt54g3g. This router also provides the wfif through antenna cables running outside to an outdoor antenna.

Because of this setup, is it even possible since I can't place the UT server between the modem and the router?

You can put untangle between the router and everyone else with a switch. That will not cover wireless connections to the router. Just turn those off

Yeah, you'll have to get a new wireless device and reconnect the exterior antennae to it to move all clients into a position where Untangle can be in the way.
