    It depends on the users and what you're doing with the servers (30 servers is a lot for only 70 users, so it sounds like they may be putting a little more traffic your system). Still, sky-night is probably right and 2GB will be fine. But since ram is so cheap, I'd go 4GB, still do the 32bit install, and not worry about the 1/2GB or so the OS won't see.
