This message appeared when I was configuring something but after a few times and a log out and back in it went away. Any idea what it means and if it means that I would need to re install.

Yes, I've seen it. But only when the server is under load, and even then it's random.

If it isn't a regular thing, and it doesn't seem to break anything. I wouldn't worry about it other than it may be an indicator of an improperly configured system, or an underpowered system.
