    Default First time setting up untangled

    Alright i have the os set up on a old hp desktop with 2 nic cards, Trying to figure out where im messing up at. The set up is


    TWC-------motorola sb6141 ---- untangled ----- nic 1 switch and nic 2 to wireless ap

    i have the hp on the external set to wan with a different ip on each nic. I either get dns unreachable or tcp error. Any help would be great.

    We going to need much more information to help you.

    How did you configure Untangle in the setup wizard? Have you changed the configuration from default? Screenshots of the interfaces?

    I have some, but i can reset it to default.

    I think you want something more like this:

    TWC -- sb6141 -- UT Ext <> UT Int --- Switch -- Wifi and PCs

    Also, if you can, setup the surfboard as a bridge, and let the UT external interface get a dhcp address from TWC, to avoid a double-NAT situation.

    I have 2 Nics not counting on mobo one
