    Default Failing to install Untangle after selecting install mode

    Hello,

    Please forgive me if this is a simple resolution, however i have not been able to resolve on my end and it has been extremely stressful.

    Scenario: We had Untangle installed on a HP DC7800 with a Pentium E2200 Processor on a 64-bit version of Untangle and fairly new HDD (1 year old). We had a power outage which killed the HDD wouldnt boot. Purchased a new HDD and now when i try to install untanlge either 32 bit or 64 bit fails after selecting the install mode. Occurs whether i try to boot from CD or from USB. See screen shots.

    I am not currently infront of the PC, and i do not have the entire error message
    one of the error messages i receive is
    Invalid compressed format (err=1)
    kernel panic - not syncing: VFS: unable to mount root fs on unknown-b

    2nd error message:

    There are 2 error messages 1 occurs when i try to install 32 bit and the other when i try to install 64 bit

    I am wondering if anyone can help me figure out why untangle is not installing, on a machine that it was once running on just fine? How can i interpret the error messages?

    Any help is greatly appreciated thank you.

    What version of NGFW are you trying to install at this time? if v11, which is based on Debian Wheezy,

    Hit tab and add the following to the end of the boot options string:

    Code:
    mem=6442450944
    from:

    Did you make new installation media for this install? I smell a bad burn.
