    Default Not connecting to cloud

    Hi There.

    I have installed untangle onto a new box, once installed, I signed in etc.

    But its not showing in my cloud and therefore I cannot transfer the licence, what can I do?

    The cloud button is checked and when I click my account in the web gui it takes me to my cloud account no problem.

    Clear your browser cache, log into the UI of the server in question and then use the my account button from there to logon to the Untangle store.

    I run into this semi-regularly because I'm in and out of so many Untangle servers, the browser just doesn't link up all the time.
