    Default Java.net.UnknownHostException: ?

    Error when trying to logging in: " java.net.UnknownHostException: www.untangle.com"
    What does the this message mean when installing an app?

    It almost always means you haven't cleared your browser cache since the last update, but there is a chance there is something bad going on.

    The latest v13 version.
    I can not sign in.
    So ... I can not add apps.



    UPdate: The problem was resolved automatically after about 12 hours.

    I tryied to add App
    I clicked on " install app" => choose app => write login and pass and saw this:

    The reason is in the error message; "Temporary failure in name resolution". To install apps, it needs to be registered with our servers. The box can't not resolve our server names using your DNS settings.

    Yep, it cannot connect to those DNS settings. ISP might be blocking.
