    Default WAN Balancer+WAN Failover Apps showing 'Free Trial' despite active paid subscription

    We've got an active paid-for subscription for the WAN Balancer app (which includes the WAN Failover app) which auto-renews each month.

    However we noticed yesterday that both the WAN Balancer and WAN Failover apps were showing "Free Trial. 5 days remain". Obviously the days number is decreasing each day.

    We have tried rebooting the Untangle unit as well as clicking Refresh on the licences page, but neither of these made any difference.

    Our subscription is active and payment details are up to date etc.

    We reported the issue to support yesterday but we've not heard back as yet.

    Can anyone suggest what the problem might be and how to fix it? We're concerned that if the number of days reaches zero then both apps will stop working which would be a major problem.

    I spoke to support who were extremely helpful. The issue is apparently a known bug.
