    Default Upgrade to 13.2

Pardon the silly question, but will I be able to upgrade from 13.1.1 to 13.2 from the upgrade option in the configuration menu? I have the home user license.

    Thanks!

Yes, you will. When the upgrade is available to your system, you'll be able to do either the manual or automatic upgrade.

Upgrades are rolled out a few at a time, every system should be eligible for 13.2 by the end of the month.

    Super!

Thanks for the replies. I'm not in much of a hurry. I'm more or less just curious how somewhat major upgrades work.

They work just like all the minor ones, we're all randomly put in line and a few of us at a time get the upgrade every day. Sort of like how Microsoft does the Win10 feature updates honestly.

I have 2 untangle installations, one in work and the second in home. Generally a full month pass before i get the updated version automatically and I'm damn happy about it because simply in work I'm dead busy and in home im dead tired so i avoid any hickup in the 1st releases.
I don't mean there are hickups normally but with this way i let untangle do its thing whenever suits them.

Patience always gives something good back

    Thumbs up

If you can't wait, you can download the image and upgrade manually on your own.

There are pros and cons obviously.

By the time it is pushed to your system, it has typically had a revision or two from the initial release and hence in theory at least less bugs.

I always tell myself I am going to wait ... but then I end up downloading and installing.

13.2 is really really really nice. Mobile browser use is back!

Both my devices are now upgraded to 13,2. However my licensed device is now on the 3rd iteration of 13,2. My question is why are the release updates not 13.2. 13.2.1 and 13.2.2. I know you can check dates associated under “About”.
