adding licenses

hi,
this might be a stupid question, so sorry for that...

I have a customer which is currently using few apps (wan FO, wan BAL and spam with a 50 licensed devices)
I need to add the web filter (for 100 devices).
I did purchased it but I cannot apply to their appliance because of the 50 licensed.
so now I assume I need to buy additional 50 for spam, wan BAL and wan FO.
the question is: should I buy 50 for them (and while applying the system will bring them to 100) or should I buy 100 ??

All apps must have the same level license. The licenses are not additive. So if you have 100 devices, then a 100 device license is needed.

What will happen to the current subscription of 50 ??

Contact sales about upgrading. I'm not sure how they handle it - I think it is prorated.

btw, complete package is probably cheaper than all those apps combined, so you want to switch to that even if you don't use the other apps.

yes, they prorate it by month, and yes complete is not only less expensive, it's less than half the price! So get complete.

well the customer will choose but:
wan FO 100
wan BAL 100
web filter 100
is 1512$/year
full package 100 is 1890$/year
I still prefer the full since it gives you tons of stuff but we'll see what he decide.

You forgot the most important module... support. That gives you cloud backup and priority help when excrement elevates to the fan.

And policy manager... without which you're just hamstrung.
