Default Odd error when at the network adapters screen

I was trying to reinstall untangle last night. I tried 14.1/14.0 and 13.2.1 and keep getting this same error. Anyone know a way to bypass it? I was running untangle on this pc for years without any issues. This is right at when you select the network adapters. After you select Ok the network adapters don't show up. I have another PC with a core 2 duo i can try and install it on that to test.

    Intel Q6600

    3 intel GB Nics

Is this error on a PC access the new Untangle or on the Untangle itself? Is this after running through the setup wizard?

The error is on untangle itself after trying to do the first time setup on a new install. I get past setting up the admin account. When I get to the point of selecting my network adapters this is when the error comes up. After I hit Ok no adapters show up. I have run untangle on this pc for years. So not sure what changed. As of now I swapped the hard drive and doing a reinstall of 14.1.

The error is just that the list of interfaces is empty. What version of Untangle was previously installed? It seems 14.1 is not recognizing your network cards.

I was running 13.2.1 which was upgraded to 14.0. The desktop was off for a few months. I can try and pull the network cards and see if it will see the onboard nic.

This can be closed. Must be been a bad motherboard in the HP. Moved the Intel cards and the drive over to a Dell Optiplex 780 and Network cards showed up.

I'm in the process of checking out Untangle and had the same issue. I have a HP G400 G4 SFF, with an internal Realtek NIC that I bought used and inserted an Intel quad port NIC. It has was delivered with a small USB wireless adapter on it. Once I removed the USB adapter, it installed fine.
