Default Desktop graphs not working after upgrade

    Build: 14.1.1.20190116T123153.589f15d47c-1stretch
    Kernel: 3.16.0-4-untangle-686-pae

The interface usage and sessions per minute widgets on the desktop (not customized) have no data, not even a zero line.

When I try to refresh the missing graphs I get a Java error
    java.lang.RuntimeException: Database connection failed.

This update got stuck and after 2 days I logged into the machine and did a shutdown -h now.
The upgrade page was stuck displaying
localhost [ExecManagerlmpl] INFO ExecManager.exec(pgrep clamd | wc -l)

with some lines indicating = 0 took xxx ms.
    The apt.log last entry was 2018-04-03 07:04 ut-upgrade.py done.

This untangle is a virtual machine on virtualbox and is the only machine running on an older Dell rack server.

Clear your browser cache. Even if you think you've already done it. There's old saved javascript code that needs to update.

Your database is not running probably due to an incomplete upgrade. Either open a support ticket or re-install.

Thanks. I'll re-download the virtual image from the untangle download area and start from scratch. It's just a home office installation. You can consider this matter closed.
