    Default backport security fixes

    Hi All,

Can someone please confirm if untangle gets any relevant security backports for the underlying debian release ?

I want to make sure if there is an underlying security issue found in debian and they backport a fix into the mainstream stretch release, that it will flow downstream into untangle in a timely manner.

    Thanks in advance

Yes, we have a developer dedicated to integrating Debian security patches into each release. Not all security patches are relevant to Untangle since it is a specific use of the more general Debian.
