    Default HomePro License Question

    I am a subscriber to the HomePro license, however when I install the SSL Inspector and the Web Filter apps, I get a "no license found." My understanding from the HomePro page is that all the apps are included except the Branding Manger, Live Support, and the Virus Blocker.

    Appreciate the clarification.

    Figured out the problem. For some reason my subscription wasn’t assigned to my device. I was able to fix this via the “manager option” in the command center. It is a shame that I’ve paying for a subscription for at least a year without having it assigned to my device.
