Default how to delete a custom report

    Hello,
I've made a custom report which needs to be deleted. How do I do that?
In a previous forum thread here, it was suggested to:
Go into apps > reports > settings > manage reports
There is a big list (sorted by category) and you can remove ones that you've added there.
However, I do not see any option to delete there.
I'm on Untangle NG Firewall Home Pro, version: 16.1.1
    Thanks,
    Ari

Go to the custom report, click settings, then delete at the bottom.

JCoffin has it... but I prefer to...

But in all seriousness, just go find the delete button hiding in the lower right of the report's settings.

Right. My custom report has an error, so will not load. I'm stuck with the "Please wait..." message. Thus I never get an edit/delete option.
How do I nuke it from orbit? Or, if easier, from the GUI or command line?

If the report won't load I think you're stuck opening a support ticket.

Not safely, there's probably a means to do it manually but I'm not sure if that's in the database or in a JSON file on the platform somewhere. So I'm not even sure where to start looking. If I dig anything up I'll let you know, but a support ticket would get you sorted out more safely, and likely more quickly than we can here on the forums.

After, looking at the specific report, it looks like that report is causing some loading issues with any of the other reports and obviously, must have a serious issue. The only option now, is to delete the reports application and re-add it. This will delete all custom reports, but no data will be lost.

I did reach out to Untangle to open a ticket, and one of their tech support analysts, Michael Vlieger, replied to the ticket here in the forum for the sake of other users. Thank you for doing that Mr Vlieger.

I have uninstalled reports, reinstalled, and then rebuilt my (working) custom reports.

Still, this seems to be an opportunity for improvement in the Untangle software. I'm just a home user, but suspect it would a bigger deal for a corporate user who may have more numerous or more important custom reports.

    Thank you again.
