    Default Router in bridge mode

    Hi Guys

I was wondering if I could use my Huawei 5G CPE Pro 2 in bridge mode together with my UT device, and how I should configure it. As for now, I run my router with default settings and DHCP etc. and then my UT in bridge mode.

The reason for it is that I want to WireGuard VPN and I have trouble when UT is in bridge mode.

    Thanks.

I can't see any problems with this setup. It should work just fine. If your service provider lets you change the settings of the Huawei? It should support bridged mode according to Huawei.

Thanks a lot - but how should I configure the UT for a router in bridge mode?

I don't know how your untangle is set up now, but I would set it up in NAT mode if your router is in bridged mode. This way your Untangle has a public ip-address on it's WAN port and a local ip of your liking on the LAN / Internal port.

This is also done in the wizard on Step 4. It is called router mode:

EDIT: crap, I can't post links because my post count is under 5.
