About LinkBacksProblem Solved: I had to reinstall the web filter. For the no connectivity issue in the library, I used a solution I saw in another thread and it worked.
apt-get clean
/etc/init.d/untangle-vm restart

Well now I'm stumped. Everything was working fine again. Suddenly, when I logged in and checked a minute ago to put in another site I wanted to block, the library showed no connection again. I then check a site that was already blocked and it came up. I have absolutely no clue what could be happening here. Is there a way I could troubleshoot this?
