    Default Changed IP Address

    Hi All

Untangle was running fine. I decided to change the ip address to one in the server range. Now, when I click on the library tab, it says no connection. Also all my web filters have stopped working. Even if I add a new page to block in web filters, it still comes up. What could have happened? I'm using ver 5.4
    User can still browse etc.

Just reboot the UT but no go. All symptoms remain the same.

Bridge mode? The IP configuration you gave it doesn't have internet access.

Sorry, yes it is in bridge mode. Which IP address do you mean? I do have a static IP address on the external interface bridging to the internal.

I'm assuming you have some other router between the UT and the internet since UT is in bridge mode. Can you ping your router / modem from the UT shell ?

Sorry I misread your post. Yes it does actually. I can browse the internet from the box and when I click test connectivity, it connects successfully.

    Looks OK.
So your connectivity test is successful, but the filters are not working?
