No Connection in Library

Hi All

I am having this problem. I get a no connection when I go to the library. I saw this solution in a thread.

apt-get clean
/etc/init.d/untangle-vm restart

It works, and then 30 minutes later when I check, it's back to no connection.

What could be causing this behavior?

are you behind a proxy or http firewall of any sort?

when this happens you can run 'apt-get update' and it will tell you why its failing...

Yes I am behind Sonicwall. When I run apt-get, it just stops at getting headers. It seems then sonicwall may have something to do with this. I will examine the sonicwall config again to see if I missed anything.
