Can anyone tell me if they have experienced the following?

I have installed a box in a client site as a hardware as a service (HaaS) offering. I have configured everything for basic operation as my remote domain as the owner and administrator of the box.

Each morning I receive daily reports. No users on the local domain have received a daily quarantine digest email. I even went to the link for the quarantine and requested the digest email manually. Still no email sent.

I have tested email locally and it works fine to the local user accounts. I got Exchange configured to allow the relay from this machine's IP address. I even select the send email directly option to bypass Exchange as a possible problem. Still nothing.

Any suggestions?
