Default auto upgrade didn't go well.

My Untangle box decided to upgrade last night and hung at the "please wait" screen. I left it like that all day and finally rebooted after work. I pressed esc and watched it load and it stopped on the following line:

    INIT: cannot execute "/etc/init.d/xsession"

    Any assistance would be appreciated.

If I log in through the webpage it says "IT WORKS"

    Thanks

How can I get to a prompt? I can ssh into the box but it doesn't like my admin un and pw. It just hangs at that line about the xsession.

Those commands don't work. It is hung at that line about the xsession with the blue background.

I do have a backup of my 6.02 setup if I can restore that.

I am downloading the 6.02 and am going to try and install that with my backup I have of the same version on a new drive. Will the vpn work if I do that?

I am installing 6.1 it has been running all night and is installing the packages. Can I use one of my backups from 6.02 and restore the 6.1 box?
