Unhappy transperent bridge between router and smart switch

We set up UT as a transperent bridge, having trouble getting Internet access from UT or the clients.

    Config as follows

    Router WAN 204.14.xx.xx
    | Gateway 204.14.xx.xx
    | LAN 192.168.10.6
    |
    UT Ext Bridge
    | INT 192.168.10.50
    | Gateway 192.168.10.?tried 6 and 7
    |
    |
    Switch VLAN 1 | 192.168.10.7
    | VLAN 2
    | 192.168.9.1
    | Gateway 192.168.10.6 |
    |
    Clients Gateway either
    192.168.9.1
    or
    192.168.10.7

I have tried setting the UT gateway to the switch and the router when it is the router i cannot access the web interface from the LAN or access the internet from the clients, when it is the switch i can access the web interface from the LAN but clients still cannot get to the internet. Nothing come in from the internet while UT is between the router and the switch either.

DHCP and DNS is all on the LAN natting is done on the router. Any help getting this thing running would be great. Thanks.

    Default

    untangle's gateway should be 10.6

does untangle's connectivity test succeed? if untangle can't online the things behind it won't so that step one.

Great thats at least one issue that we are not guessing on, should the switch continue to use the router as the default gateway and will it know to get there via UT?

everything else should keep the same gateway it had before, but thats irrelevent if untangle isn't online. you need to get that working first.

    Default Ok now the VLAN's

I got conectivity for UT and the 192.168.10.x network can access the net, all seems great except the 192.168.9.x network has no connectivity.

I have found post about the possibilitie of using routes and alias but have not had any luck. Has anyone been able to do this. I am using a procurve switch to do the VLAN's.

    Thanks.

Scatch that last i added a static route to 192.168.9.0/24 with gateway 192.168.10.7 and that worked.
