Hi I would like to join the community. I'm currently trying to install on a UEFI only server. And I'm interested in trying out the latest alfa release.

    Hi,

Please may i request to be a member of the testing group. I have just purchased a Home subscription i will be using web filtering and it will be configured as my Router, i have gigabit home fibre and no consumer router is able to cope with it properly, My hardware is Uefi only, i do have an older pc but some of my new hardware i need to use doesn't work, I don't want to install it as a virtual appliance because my hardware is not fully exposed to the OS and frankly its just a bodge way to do things, I get im not a 200+ user but i have invested my money in buying a license for something i cannot use properly so its this or get a refund on my license.

I see people have been screaming for UEFI support for a long time now and im quite surprised its not here yet, Others do! id sooner stay with untangle as there is an ease about the software over others.

    Regards
    Dave

Hi, i work with Information Security, Pentesting and Red Team to be more precise, and because of the current issues i am working on homeoffice.

So i decided to harden my home network, got a "old" Desktop together with a 4 ports network card and installed untangle.

So i would love to join the Testing Community, even test the product security a little, who knows? (are we authorized by untangle to do such tests?)

You got the penultimate 'no comment' message from Untangle.

You can do whatever you like with NGFW. Source code is available for inspection.
I don't know of any sort of bug bounty program, so don't be disappointed.

We welcome any kind of troubleshooting and reporting on the forums, where we can all learn!.
Please keep in mind that Untangle, and the forums, do not reflect the culture of a community project. These are commercial products, that happen by design to tie together open-source software in many cases.

The best way to report any issues is to open a support ticket.

    Enjoy!

Would like to be added to testing group - I need UEFI functionality - Built a Comet Lake box, which provides no legacy boot support at all. This is for use in a home environment with ~ 5 clients.
