Default L2TP doesn't work with IOS or Windows, but does for android?

I have successfully configured a few Android devices to use L2TP. But for the life of me I can't get any Windows or IOS devices to connect. Windows I get Error 809 and IOS I get "The L2TP-VPN server did not respond. Try reconnecting." Both of these devices are on the exact same network the Android device is on. What exactly am I doing wrong?

It works with Windows clients as we use it in-house. It also works with my iPhone. Verify that Enable NAT Traversal is checked on the Untangle server. Are the failed connections on the same network as the successful connections?

Well, they were on the same network and L2TP on Android did work once last week. Now Android is not working either. Is it possible that a explicit outbound deny in UT firewall could be causing this?

Also, is it possible to do this within the same LAN that untangle is on?

No. You have to test from another network.

I'll try tonight from my home network and see if anything changes now that I have enabled NAT-T.

Still nothing same error from IOS and error 789 from Windows. I've verified the credentials are correct.

    Here's my Windows L2TP config.

Try turning IPsec VPN off and then back on (green button on the panel).

Also only have L2TP listen on one WAN.

Found bug. I have L2TP listening on ETH1. Right now L2TP will only work if listening on Eth0
