How to allow http/https administration of firewall over IPSEC?

Have an ipsec connection that works great setup from pfsense to untangle with the exception of not being able to access ports 80 or 443 from the tunnel.

Any ideas what I might need to do or documentation for allowing this?

You need to edit your access rules in config > network > advanced > access rules so you can access https from whatever source you are coming from.

http is never allowed from external sources.
