    Is the local IP range of the remote PC the same as the UT (192.16.2.1/24)?

    At this point you will have to use tcpdump to see if the ping is making it to the UT and what is blocking it from the LAN.

    on remote client pc windows, i RUN windump. I am not sure you mean same way, but following is screenshot of windump.
    I cannot figure out anything from logs.
    I also run wireshark on remote pc on openVPN adapter and pcap file also attached.

    attached is another tcpdump from windows client.

    Client is getting IP 192.168.14.6
    gateway: 192.168.14.5

    client cannot ping even 192.168.14.5, they get reply on 192.168.14.1
