    Looks like the (in)famous IBM OEM Intel based NIC card. Goto your UEFI and change PCIe "Auto" to "Gen1". See if it works afterwards.

    You can run openwrt on your WRT1900ACS. That is what "micro edge" is based on. You can probably do what ever you want but just will need to do it manually or at the cli.
