Use putty to ssh to the current internal Untangle IP. SSH will request the login and password of the Untangle.

There are only two NICS, the 4 internal are just one NIC attached to an integrated switch. You can do it if you have a VLAN enabled switch with VLANs.

Well, 80mhz width and 40mhz width for 5ghz and 2.4ghz work perfectly fine in LEDE and DD-WRT so I can't imagine it's much of a driver issue....
