Hello to all of you !

I have the following issue:

Our network is setup like this:

Internal:
servers:
172.17.16.0/24
gateway: 172.17.16.1

clients:
172.17.17.0/24
gateway: 172.17.17.1

The LAN is routed through several devices in this way:
172.17.17.1 is a HP core switch that routes all traffic to 172.17.16.1 which is a cisco 2801. The cisco 2801 then routes all traffic to 172.17.16.4 which is a Cisco ASA (the main firewall).

Ive placed the untangle (bridged mode) between the ASA and the HP core switch which should do the trick.

Untangle was given the IP 172.17.16.150/24 and 172.17.16.4 as gateway. It connects to the internet just fine. The servers connects just fine to the internet but the clients cannot. They are able to ping the ASA but are not able to browse sites.

Am I missing something ? Isnt the Untangle 100% transparent ? Do I have to create static routes to make this work ?

Please help because im lost
