    Default Local Traffic

    Hi All

    If there is say a router between local users and untangle so that say the users have IP addresses 192.168.1.0/24 and untangle is in bridge mode and has an ip address on one interface of 10.0.0.1 Can I specify in untangle that local traffic will come from 192.168.1.0/24?

    Default Local Traffic

    Well that is how I had it at first
    Internet =>Sonicwall=> Router=>untangle=>users

    But what happened is my company wanted to connect a remote offive over metronet. The connection came in to the router. We couldn't get several things to work including a telnet to the remote router even though it was allowed in protocol manager and even when I put in a rule to effectively open the firewall so the technicians suggested this below so that the remote connection would go unhindered and users would hit untangle only when they needed the internet

    INternet=>SOnicwall=>Untangle=>ROuter=>Users

    Hence the strange setup
