Untangle Server Error

Hey all,

We have an untangle box setup in router mode. Its working great except every now and then one of our users will get a "Untangle Server Error". After a couple of refreshes the webpage will load, sometimes it will only load partially, i.e. no images will load, only text. Whilst this is happening I tried going to the exact same page and it worked. Has anyone else experienced this before?

You said the user got to google.com for example and in the browser appears "Untangle Server Error"?
