video phone bandwidth issues

I was using a netgear router before it died on me. Never had any issues. I installed the UT software and everything working well except for when I use my video phone. When use VP the video lags like its running at 3 fps. I have DMZ set for this device and still having streaming issues.

Any suggestions?

Try adding a bypass rule in config->networking->advanced->bypass for this traffic.

well well something is weird if i call local its fine but if across the country its the same issue. I did try using skype not too bad, little jitter but i think its just the other person's ISP or something.

just wanted to double check, for the bypass rule only rule i have is

destination address - VP address

need to add anything else?
