Default Trouble with displaying webpage behind Untangle

I have one website that I can not get to behind the untangle, When I ping it from untangle I get %100 packet lose. I tried changing my dns and still same issue, I also tried with all devices on the untangle off. I hooked up my laptop directly to the wan and I can get to the website with no issue. Anybody have any suggestions?

    Thanks
    Trev

Figure out why Untangle can't ping it and what happens to those packets.

If Untangle can't reach it, no one behind it will be able to either.

I was hoping by posting in this forum someone could help me "figure out" why untangle can't ping.

Yes I am aware that if untangle cant reach it, no one behind it will either.

I would use tcpdump to see whats going on with the packets

    tcpdump -n -i eth0 "icmp"

    assmuing eth0 is your external

    will show you icmp packets.
try it on Untangle, then on upstream devices until you find where they are going and why they aren't coming back.
