the router is the isp router on 192.168.1.1 external ,not the untangle box on 10.0.0.2 internal

you say that user at a company where the untangle box is installed can access the web control of the adsl router

just put in a firewall rule:

    source address 10.0.0.0/24
    destination address 192.168.1.1

then if you need to access the isp router's admin page, just turn off the rule temporarily.
